Return & Refund

We gladly accept returns and exchanges in the following circumstances:

  • If the order has been damaged during delivery
  • If you have received an incorrect product

If your order has been damaged in transit or if the product you received is not the one you ordered, you may return it to us in the exact same condition in which you received it.
Please ensure that:

  • The product is unworn
  • The original packaging is intact

We kindly ask that you report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
